Lisbon's Most Iconic Venue, Reimagined

A once-in-a-decade real-estate acquisition opportunity: Titanic-Sur-Mer.
October 10–11 grand opening week-end. Limited seats at the table.

Brand identity still WIP with Asli Tunaman

The Opportunity

The Venue

Titanic-Sur-Mer is a live music riverside venue frequently hosting Jazz jam sessions and local performers, it offers a deeply sophisticated stage, legendary Lisbon sunsets and live music nights. One of the most storied locations in the city. My personal favorite venue in Lisbon.

20+ years concession with low rent, 500 pax capacity, indoors & outdoors. 24h operating license, 120db sound authorisation, an almost private pier on the Tagus. In the heart of Cais de Sodre, the busiest and most accessible area of Lisbon (all existing public transports are steps away)

The Deal Structure

Acquiring the Titanic-Sur- Mer OP company via share transfer. Sellers are tired and all in agreement for a sale, the venue isn't being cared of anymore, one of the sellers Tiago Baptista reached out to me personally to help make this staple location great again.

Off-market deal, discretion required until closing targeted last week of August.

We take over the existing entity with its licenses, concession lease, audio/video equipments, databases and brand (IG). Keys in hand, operational in couple weeks. The window is this summer — and it won't stay open.

MoMart

Contraction of Momus, Marco, MoMa and Art + easy to pronounce 2 sylables catchy name

A Venue With a Soul

Day-into-night, kid-friendly, live art and cultural hub open to everyone, but not for everyone. Built on Burning Man values esp. participation. World-class sound system, acoustics, service, art, humour, and premium bar. No kitchen but a rotation of 3 select food trucks outside, against rev. share.

A Living, Breathing Art Installation

MoMart will be constantly evolving and morphing, depending on artists in residence. Frog sounds by the water. Trippy visual corners. Sophisticated boutique. Artist-designed bathrooms and misc performances and live arts besides music — all curated and controlled with utmost care. The entire space will breath as one organism.

More Than a Club

Artist residence on-site (XL very comfy mezzanine) and in a house in Caparica equipped with a music studio. Boutique selling MoMart merch almost exclusively. A place where you can experiment, feel, discover, and leave fulfilled, inspired, with souvenirs.

Grand Opening: October 10–11 Weekend

48h Non-Stop

Never been done in Portugal to my knowledge. Mini festival over 3 stages à la Jigit. One main room, one mezzanine chill room, and a third stage on the pier for select live acts. A full-spectrum experience from dusk to dawn — and back again.

Lineup (WIP)

O.Bee & Tomas Station, Aline Umber & David Triana (live), Felipe Valenzuela (live), Garrett David (live), Zeina, Ilhem & Romain Azzarro (live), Trus'Me, Barem, Vadim Svoboda (live), Rechulski, Yentl, Momüs & Bouche Cousue, and many surprises
